Shipping

We generally ship orders via United States Postal Service. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx. You can get a shipping quote and delivery time estimate from your shopping cart after adding items to your cart. Orders will include a tracking number and will be emailed to you once your order ships. Insurance is optional and recommended. Uninsured shipments that are lost or damaged while in transit or not delivered for any reason once in the possession of the carrier are the responsibility of the purchaser. Quoted delivery times are supplied by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Returns

We will refund or exchange any items (except software, see below) within 30 days of receipt (or within 30 days of purchase if date of receipt is unknown) minus shipping and handling costs. Items returned must be in like new condition and in original packaging.

Due to the nature of the manufacturer's packaging, software may only be exchanged, if defective, with identical title and format within 30 days of receipt (or within 30 days of purchase if date of receipt is unknown). There may be evaluation versions of our software available via download to anyone interested. This allows all prospective buyers to evaluate the product at their leisure to ensure that the software meets their needs before purchasing.

Instructions:
For returns or exchanges, contact us first and explain to us what sort of issue you are having and why you believe the product is defective. We will work with you in determining a resolution. If we believe the product is defective, we will have you return the product to us, and once received and processed, will send out a replacement or issue a refund less shipping and handling costs.

Lost Software Serial Numbers:
If you have lost your software serial number, email the manufacturer at support@craftedge.com, and include your name and the site code. The Site Code is obtained by launching the program, and choosing Activation. The manufacturer is the only one who can assist with activation issues as they control the activation process.
